Chocolate Cherry Mice

At work this week we had a "Bake-Off" Contest for some holiday fun! I brought in these Chocolate Cherry Mice and they were a huge hit! I won "most creative"! WAHOO! A big thanks goes out to Erin for the idea and Michele for the recipe! If you want the recipe, email me and I'll send it to you. They are easier to make than I thought they would be. And they are absolutely DELICIOUS if you pop the entire thing into your mouth (minus the stem). Yummmmmmy!!
