It's "Valentine's" Chocolate Covered Cherry Mice.....

So I decided to try my hand at the Chocolate Covered Cherry Mice once again although this time with the Valentine's theme. I used white chocolate instead and gave them a pink nose and eyes. They are sitting on a pink sugar cookie I made by adding food coloring to refrigerated cookie dough. Aren't they cute?! And the ladies at work seemed to like them very much!
