The Ballet

Today we went to the Ballet. We loved it!! This presentation of The Sleeping Beauty" ballet was part of the family series so it was only an hour long. There were tons of mothers and daughters there all dressed up. It was quite an event for little girls. The presentation started with an introduction of the cast of characters which included not only Pricess Aurora and the prince but there was Puss in Boots and The White Cat, Red Riding Hood and The Wolf, The Blue Bird and Princess Florine and others. Their costumes were beautiful and the dancing was AMAZING. E thoroughly enjoyed it. Next year's family series includes The Nutcracker and The Little Mermaid among others...we hope to go see these two!

I let E pick where we ate lunch and as predicted she picked her favorite...Panera. She was so happy to get to dip her sourdough bread into her broccoli cheddar soup. She was in heaven! :)
