Updates

Here are some updates for you from our world.... ;)

Both E&M had their 6 year physical this past week. They both grew three inches this past year and were as healthy as could be......or so it seems....

Miss E went back to the allergist this week. She continues to have hives every morning even though she is on a huge does of Zyrtec nightly (remember this all started back in October with the serum sickness from the flu shot). A few on her back, a couple on her face and on her chest most mornings (they are usually gone by lunchtime and don't itch). The doctor then listened to her chest and could hear mucus and wheezing in there...she'd needed Albuterol three time the previous weekend due to wheezing/coughing. So it's back onto the Orapred for 5 days. We hope someday this will end. We go back in 2 months as long as nothing else arises.

M woke yesterday with a horrific sore throat and cough. He's had to have Albuterol three times since yesterday and is now running a 101 fever. I am thinking we might be seeing the pediatrician on Monday again. We jinxed ourselves I think when we saw her last Monday. We were joking about how healthy they were and we even commented how we should get out of there quick so as not to breathe or touch anything that might make us all sick! Dang it!

We have seen hide nor hair of the lovely yellow rat snake from the other night....thank goodness!

E's tooth is getting very wiggly each day! Still isn't hanging by a thread....perhaps this will be the week!

I am on book 3 of the Twilight series and it's gettin' gooooood!!

Mark is going fishing again tomorrow....hope he brings home lots of yummy fishies! Tonight we are making red snapper fingers with hush puppies! mmmmmmmm.....
